Ralph Hahner has been working in intellectual property law for almost 20 years. He advises medium-sized companies, international corporations and start-ups in matters of intellectual property. Ralph has vast experience in patent prosecution as well as in contentious matters.

Martin began his career in intellectual property law in the UK in 1997, first in a London IP boutique and then as a partner in the Oxford office of one of the world’s largest IP law firms. Martin has been practising intellectual property law in Germany since 2017. His time spent in Great Britain, which has also resulted in family ties to the UK, gives him a feel for the subtleties of the English language, which he uses to his clients’ advantage in English-language proceedings at the EPO, UPC, USPTO and UKIPO as well as in the drafting of English-language patent applications.
Martin handles cases entrusted to him with attention to detail without losing focus on the essentials. His work in various fields of technology has given him a wealth of experience.

Fabian Eder has been working in intellectual property for almost 10 years and has extensive experience in patent searching, drafting patent applications and prosecution worldwide. Due to his many years as IP Counsel for an industry leader in communications technology, Mr. Eder also has excellent expertise in patent strategies, patent portfolio management, employee invention law and employee inventor compensation.

Mark has been working in intellectual property law for over 16 years and has been a German patent attorney and professional representative before the European Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office since 2011. From 2016 to 2019, Mark was a partner of a large Munich patent law firm. Since 2020, he has been a partner in our cooperation law firm LeoBlu Patentanwälte Rolinec Winter PartG mbB.
